1/2 cup - Florida Crystals® Organic Amber Agave Nectar
2 tablespoons - brown mustard
1/2 cup - pineapple juice
1 teaspoon - ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon - ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon - salt
In a medium saucepan, mix together all ingredients with a wire whisk until combined. Place saucepan over a medium to low setting for 15 minutes until glaze begins to thicken slightly.
Score ham the last 10 minutes of cooking and brush with agave glaze. Bake an additional 7-10 minutes at 450°F, basting ham with pan drippings.
Makes about 1 cup glaze.
