The name says it all!
Diet Types: Vegetarian, Wheat Free
  • One package firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup Nayonnaise to start
  • 1-2 teaspoons Turmeric or Curry powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes
    Drain and mash tofu. Add onion and carrot. Stir Turmeric, salt and pepper into 1/4 cup Nayonnaise. Add to tofu and veggies. Add more Nayonnaise and spices if needed.
